There are hundreds of diet pills out there, all claiming to be effective. And many of them call themselves “hardcore diet pills” or otherwise propose the idea that theirs stands out in power above all others. Some of them suggest that there may be nasty side effects and other common problems. Of course, there are some that have been shown to actually cause quite a few side effects and problems. But when they say that you will be something like a “walking anatomy chart”, it only indicates that there will be more side effects and problems than anything else.
But there are diet pills out there that are coming out with no stimulants, and they say no side effects. There are certainly diet pills that don’t seem to understand what qualifies as stimulant free. But when it comes right down to it, some of the best diet pills that really work are completely stimulant free.
They have clinically proven ingredients such as 7-keto, which only requires 200mg. But they also have others such as garcinia cambogia, which can help you to achieve better weight loss results in many cases. It is extremely rare at best that you will get the right amounts of any of these ingredients. But it is possible, and it has happened. And of course, with these kinds of ingredients, the best part is that you will be able to avoid many all too common side effects that people have suffered through before.
Clinically proven diet pills that really work can be hard to find. And unfortunately, caffeine free diet pills that work can be even harder to find. But they are out there, and when it comes to these diet pills that work, you could potentially speaking achieve total body transformation results!
There are many things to consider when buying a natural male enhancement pill. For example, one has to consider the effectiveness. For example, in terms of popular products, does ExtenZe work? That’s the running question in many minds. However it’s like any other big product, you have to fully evaluate it.
Now the biggest misconception about natural male enhancement pills is that they are all natural. So while they may not work, they are always going to be safe. Now of course, there is one ingredient in particular I could think of that would dispute that. Steroids were used, anabolic steroids specifically were previously used in muscle building, natural male enhancement, and the argument was that they are “all natural.” Well, obviously safe didn’t apply just as it doesn’t exactly apply with an ingredient called yohimbine, which has been banned in a number of countries due to severe side effects.
And as you may have gleaned from this, ExtenZe does use yohimbine, even though they cannot use the now illegal anabolic steroids. Yes, yohimbine is recognized as a natural aphrodisiac. But then again, anabolic steroids were recognized for testosterone boosting, which ultimately contributes to a greater sex drive among other things. This being said, you shouldn’t just be asking does ExtenZe work? You should be asking, what is the cost of using a product like ExtenZe?
On the point of does ExtenZe work, no it does not. It does not have the right ingredients found in the clinically proven amounts, and overall it does not have the total effect. So the side effects just add insult to injury, not being worth it even if they did actually provide benefits.
But there is a product that at least I think is better. It’s called Orexis, and scientifically speaking, it has the right approach to help you to really achieve better results. But also, it doesn’t have nasty side effects, and the customer reviews seem to actually match the clinical studies and other scientific evidence. So it’s something I would at the very least look into.
Gum. No seriously, gum as a fat burner. OK, so I’ve talked about how various activities can burn fat (or calories to be more exact, calories that translate to burned fat), now chewing gum isn’t going to melt away hundreds of calories an hour, but I bet 99.9 people out of 100 will admit that a person doesn’t eat while chewing gum. So when you have the munchies, chew on some gum instead. I like orbit gum. It says it has less than 5 calories, which I’m sure you burn off just with the chewing, plus I imagine those calories only count if you swallow the gum.
It says it has 1g of carbohydrates which is less than one percent of the daily rda, based on a 2000 calorie diet. Again, that probably only applies to people who swallow their gum, which I don’t recommend. My siblings used to tell me it would stay in my belly for seven years if I swallowed it. So back to the topic at hand, when you are hungy, chew the gum. It’s basically a “free” food in that you don’t get any fat from it and you might just burn some extra calories, deepening on how hard you chomp, but one thing is for sure, you are likely to eat less because your mouth is preoccupied!
Its really hard to burn fat when you are a stress or emotional eater. For me when I have boughts of stress or emotional eating, there is probably no logistical way to possible burn off all the fat that I take in on the same day that I have one of these boughts. I’ve talked with other woman who have the same problem. When emotion gets the better of our eating habits, we can really pack on the pounds. One thing a person can do is try to fill up on lower calorie foods when one feels the needs to stress eat. I’m not condoning stress eating, and I’m not condoning binge eating, but sometimes it happens. It would be better if it did not happen, but it does happen.
So take today for example, my young son is home sick from school. He has a fever and he has a cold and he is crabby, so am I! I really felt the need to just eat, to fill up on something, to make the stress go away. So, desire the fact it was about 9am, I made a salad, a huge salad, cut up an entire cucumber to put in it. Because I figure if I am in for a long day of stress with a sick child, the last thing I should do is start that day off with more high calorie foods than the bagles and doughnuts we had when he first woke up. So I tried to fillup on the salad. It worked, I feel full I guess. The point is, when and if you ever feel the need to stress eat, try something like cucumber or celery that has a lower fat count to fill up on.
There was an interesting article on CNN’s health portion of their website. It was a response a doctor wrote to a guy that wanted to loose 15-20 pounds in 6 weeks. We all want quick results of course, but he wanted to know if his desire was achievable. The doctor wrote back a few interesting things.
First she said that he should aim for 2 pounds a week. I have heard this before. Two pounds a week annoys me because I want to loose the weight fast. The second interesting thing she said was that if the weight hadn’t come on fast why was he in a rush to loose it fast. This type of thing I have heard a lot, don’t be in a rush…the weight didn’t come on over night..blah blah…. Actually because it is SO easy to put on weight, the weight does often come on very fast. So I think it’s natural for people to desire and or assume that it’s possible for the weight to come off that fast.
Especially with all the products out there claiming that a person can loose weight quickly with this supplement or that supplement. We live in a very “I want it and I want it now” type of environment, so it’s almost expected that people will want to see quick results. But as I keep hearing that 2 pounds or so a week are what is expected when one is trying to loose weight, I guess I have to accept that neither myself nor anyone else is going to be dropping 25 pounds in one week….
If fat burning were easy, then I wouldn’t have this blog. Its hard work to watch your calories, and make sure you are exercising. To try and burn more calories than you take in. Its not easy. Some people find doing it in groups easier. They might go to weight watchers or start their own “biggest looser” club or even try out and get onto the television show “Biggest Looser” all in an effort to make losing the weight easy.
It’s never going to be easy, but it could be easier. If you look around there are ways to help and make it not so bad. Some people find charting their progress helpful. It’s nice to be able to look at something tangible and see that you have gone down a pound that week, or ten pounds since you started. Weight watchers or other clubs like that can provide some people with motivation, or others find it’s the peer pressure that they might respond to. When they are tempted to break their diet, they think about the weigh in that week and realize that everyone will know if they don’t loose the weight. It’s not easy, but you can find a method that works for you to help make it less hard.
So after finding out that I can burn a bunch of calories just cleaning as I mentioned in my last post, I began to wonder about other things I can do naturally to burn calories. I mean, we all want to burn fat, which means burning through those pesky calories that we take in when we eat all the yummy food. So I checked the website to see what other things they allow you to calculate the amount of calories burned.
The one that really jumped out at me was playing with children. As a mom, that’s what I do ALL the time! Needless to say I thought it was great that the web site informed me I burned over 190 calories an hour playing with my son. They specify it as “moderate” “walk/run play” level, but still that’s a lot. At the vigorous level, I would burn over 250 calories an hour. I’m thinking that every family should really take up that post thanksgiving diner (or any diner for that matter) football game with the kids in order to burn off diner! How great is it that our technology allows us to calculate things like this. The site has numerous other types of calorie burning non-exercise (as well as traditional exercise) that you can calculate. Very cool.
So this weekend, my son was with my parents. I took the opportunity to do a bunch of spring cleaning, except of course its fall, but fall cleaning doesn’t sound the same. Technically speaking, it’s actually still summer, but that’s not the point. So I was sweating up a storm and really working hard while I was cleaning so it got me thinking, how does this help fat burning? So I did a search and found a web site that calculates how many calories an hour you can burn while cleaning.
Now even though the site calculator takes your age, weight and height into account, I’m sure it’s not an exact science because each individual cleans at a different level. That is to say, some people put forth more physical energy, or clean harder, scrub harder than others who may just passively clean. Either way, I think it’s a cool little tool. It told me I was cleaning and burning about 160 calories an hour! That’s like 8 or so Hershey kisses! Or one and half of those 100 calorie snack packs… or just simply, 0.053 of a pound. So If I cleaned all day (which I did) then I burned off quite a bit of calories. Very cool, a whole new reason to keep your house clean!
I am still in graduate school trying to get through my degree and hopefully use some of my wit that I use on my blogging to entertain students in the classroom. All this thinking, got me thinking! Can I burn fat just by sitting here thinking? Doing a web search yielded positive results. Now obviously, just sitting you burn calories and there for fat, but if you are thinking a lot does it burn more? The consensus among the sites searched was that yes, it does.
Although there is no consensus on how much or how effective this fat burning is. Probably because it must be impossible to scientifically study how much thinking is “a lot” or “hard” thinking from one person to the next. The amount of thinking one person puts in on an activity (even a brain strenuous one) is different than the amount of activity that another person will put in, because each person thinks differently. So its impossible to know exactly how many calories or how much fat you can burn by thinking, but it is clear that thinking can burn extra calories. Now, what I want to know is if I’m working so hard in school, why aren’t I skinny yet?
So I mentioned that I still have belly fat from my pregnancy. I have tried sit ups (crunches to be exact) and I’m not interested in the work out ball, so what next?
I found this website that had a very important point to make “there is NO ONE best exercise to lose belly fat! Because you can’t “spot reduce” any amount of fat on your body, which means you can’t just lose the fat around your belly and nowhere else.”
Now I’m kind of ashamed that I even thought to be looking at belly fat exercises in the first place. And I’m reminded of crazy machine that they used to have in maybe the 1950’s or so that supposedly gilggled all the fat out of you. Women (or men) would stand and wrap the thing around them and it would wiggle them about and it was supposed to burn fat. When I read that quote from that article I suddenly felt like a woman from the 1950’s that got duped into buying the “latest and greatest” exercise sensation! Ok, so next up, exercise for all around fat burning rather than just belly fat burning. Of course I want the belly fat to go, but I wouldn’t mind loosing it else where as well!
