Benefits Of Exercise

So I mentioned that I still have belly fat from my pregnancy. I have tried sit ups (crunches to be exact) and I’m not interested in the work out ball, so what next?
I found this website that had a very important point to make “there is NO ONE best exercise to lose belly fat! Because you can’t “spot reduce” any amount of fat on your body, which means you can’t just lose the fat around your belly and nowhere else.”

Now I’m kind of ashamed that I even thought to be looking at belly fat exercises in the first place. And I’m reminded of crazy machine that they used to have in maybe the 1950’s or so that supposedly gilggled all the fat out of you. Women (or men) would stand and wrap the thing around them and it would wiggle them about and it was supposed to burn fat. When I read that quote from that article I suddenly felt like a woman from the 1950’s that got duped into buying the “latest and greatest” exercise sensation! Ok, so next up, exercise for all around fat burning rather than just belly fat burning. Of course I want the belly fat to go, but I wouldn’t mind loosing it else where as well!
