So I have this elliptical machine (ironic that I’m writing the about elliptical when I had a nightmare about my 9th grade geometry teacher last night). Anyway, I first used one at a gym years ago when I actually went to gyms and then as a present one year my parents gave me one. It’s great! Low impact on my knees and back. Low impact is important because I have herniated/bulging discs and arthritis and autoimmune disease. Basically, I’m just falling apart! So the low impact elliptical is great. It’s in the living room and I can turn on a TV show and burn fat. The movement it makes is a bit like dancing too, so that makes it even better.
The machine itself is so great because it actually tells you how many calories you just burned off. That totally rocks! I can eat a high calorie snack and then hop on the machine till I burn off that same amount of calories. The machine makes it easy and fun! Now I just have a to find more hours in the day so I can spend more time on the machine, burn more of that fat off and get the exercise I need!
