Welcome to my brand new blog about fat burning!!
I am excited about this topic. Who doesn’t want to burn fat? Seriously, everyone needs to burn off the fat that they take in while eating, even those outrageously skinny people we get jealous over. So my blog is going to be dedicated to various different ways to accomplish this fat burning. I’ll cover nutrition, exercise, medication and more. I always welcome questions and I hope that you will leave comments that I will answer as quickly as possible.
When people think of fat burning they think of traditional exercise. They think they have to go to the gym and get on an uncomfortable machine and work their buts off (literally). That isn’t the only way to burn fat. Does exercise work? Of course, but there are other ways. Decreasing your fat intake will mean you have less to burn, but don’t we all love our fat? Seriously, who doesn’t’ like a good old fashion pile of French fries??? Who doesn’t like a nice bag of potato chips??? So what we have to focus on is how to get rid of that fat that we eat. Traditional exercise isn’t the first choice or favorite option for everyone.
Today’s tip: just like everything else in the world, there isn’t only one way to do something. If you want to burn fat there are many ways to do it. Don’t just try what other people are trying, look around, read my blog and find ways that work for YOU, it’s your fat and your job to burn it. Be your own advocate!
