In thinking of the best way to burn fat without exercise, I immediately thought of fruit. I’m not exactly sure why it came to mind, perhaps it’s an unconscious desire to eat healthy or maybe it’s the whole garden of Eden thing. My guess is that I thought of it because it’s a food that fairly low in calories, promotes regularity and it can make me feel full. So if something fills me up but is low on calories, I will end up burning stored fat. I read somewhere that I (or any person) will use 2000 calories a day. So if I wish to maintain my weight, I should have 2000 calories each day.
If I am filled up on low calorie fruit, then I end up eating less than 2000 calories that day and my body burns the fat it has stored. This is something I really need to do. Some people just need to burn the fat they are taking in on any given day, but I need to burn “stored” fat. After I gave birth to my son, I still had a great deal of fat that was left over from the pregnancy. Eating fruit could fill me up with less calories than other foods as well as give me good nutrition. This will help me burn all this stored fat that I have. Can’t wait to burn all that stored fat…
