As a women who gave birth in the last four years, I am very concerned with loosing weight, particular the fat that has accumulated around my mid-section. When you are pregnant you put on padding in the middle and it’s not so easy for some of us to get it off. My primary care provider told me to do crunches, I told her that I had been doing 150 a day and had not seen the results I wanted to see. While perusing the internet I found a website that said to forget sit-ups and try a workout ball.
I’ve never used one of those. Ironically, they did offer you one during child birth…. Like anyone wants to exercise then! No, seriously, I guess some women find it comfortable to labor on one of them. The problem I have with the exercise ball is that it presumes that you have a great deal of balance and dexterity. I do not. I am clumsy and I fall over. I can’t imagine how I would do with a belly burning work out ball exercise regime, but I don’t think I will do well. I will keep perusing the internet for a different belly fat burning regime that doesn’t involve a balancing act akin to the skills needed by a tightrope walker….
